It consists of a foyer and a large main room with a vertical magic beam in the center. Inside, Arch-Mage Savos Aren and Senior wizard Tolfdir can be found. The Hall of Elements serves as the lecture hall for apprentice mages. The Dragonborn's first lesson at the college occurs here. After the Eye of Magnus is recovered from Saarthal, it ends up in the center of the room. At irregular intervals during the day, all of the college members that are merchants will gather in the hall and one of the members will give a lecture. The other members will disperse after the lecture is finished.
