Viperfork is a unique Mancatcher. Similar to its sister unique spear, Arioc's Needle, Viperfork gives a high bonus to Poison damage. However, while Arioc's Needle has a higher damage output, Viperfork has significantly higher attack rating, leaving the choice between the two up to taste.
