This song is played when the gang is showing Oliver how they do things and "how the best survive by keeping their dreams alive". The version sung in the actual movie is much shorter than the version on the soundtrack. A shortened edition of the soundtrack version was used in the Disney Sing Along Songs: Topsy Turvy VHS.
