Matsuwa has large green eyes with long hair ranging from a bright black color at the top to a purple / violet tips. She has a blue headband with a search light. Like her sister Etorofu, she has a white sailor's beret, a sort of sailor's suit made up of a blouse / coat, white with long sleeves, blue collar and light blue tie, blue skirt and white knee socks to her knees.
