The Blue Hawks (青鷹, Aoitaka) are a group of elite Neo Marine Vice-Admirals that parts of the Neo Marine Fleet, being the elite of the Neo Marines. The group is currently lead by Priam and is second-in-commanded by Herodotus, this group was first mention by Shuzo commenting that this group are some of the worse pirate killers he has ever seen. The group is charged with the task going throughout the world with the fleet and taking out all of the pirates in the world. Also in light of recent events in the Blue Hawk's Attack Arc, they currently are the leaders of the Neo Marine remnants and are believed to have some Dyna Stones, which they wish to bring Zephyr's dream to fruition.
