It serves as a source of information on both famous and notorious Kindred, as well as terms and elements found in the nights of the Kindred. It can also be used as a prop in a Vampire: The Masquerade chronicle. It is written by numerous popular vampires, including Aristotle De Laurent and Lucita de Aragon.
