The Tigerwolf Bandits are Kessler and Ledon. They would offer travelers a drugged tea called 'Robbers Tea'. Once their victims were out cold they would steal any items and potch they had on them. However in SY 453, Ledon tried this trick with Odessa Silverberg, upon recognizing who she was Kessler threatened to kill Ledon if he didn't return their property and give them the atidode. Their name is due to their hideout being on top of Mt. Tigerwolf.
