Jillian Gallanti († 1915 PD) was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the State Security Naval Forces. Holding the rank of Captain, she was in command of PNS Hector Van Dragen. She had a reputation of being a bully and having a horrible temper. After word of Admiral Theisman's coup was received, she intended to attack the Navy ships in the La Martine Sector picket. Sergeant Rolla and Sergeant Pierce shot and killed her. (HHA4.5: F)
