XN Industrial was a company set up by the Mechanic as a façade during his operation to locate the TV-21. It hired two workers, Clarke and Sontag, and supplied them with the Deep Ocean Surveyor under the pretence of going on an expedition to map the Mariana Trench. When the ship was located, the company was revealed as being nothing more than a façade.
