Asako Sanjo in 1122 compiled a dossier to the succesors of Ashidaka Naritoki, Ryoko Owari Toshi's Emerald Magistrate, after Noritoki's death. Sanjo was very interested in the city and had copied the book History of Ryoko Owari from the copy owned by his friend Iuchi Karasu. He was most probably a magistrate.
