It consists of 300 individual "Challenges" - normal fights, fights with specific conditions, and side games such as Test Your Might, Test Your Sight, Test Your Strike and Test Your Luck (as well as Test Your Slice and Test Your Balance in Mortal Kombat Vita). There are also other characters the player may control, such as Director (and Tremor in Mortal Kombat Vita). The PS Vita version of Mortal Kombat (2011) featured 150 new challenges.
