Gunfight at Gibbs's Home is an incident that occurred at the home of NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs in November 2009 in which NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo and NCIS Probationary Agent Ziva David along with Leyla Shakarji, the daughter of former NIS Agent Michael Franks engaged in a gunfight against men belonging to the First Defence PMC company founded by Army Colonel Merton Bell. The stand-off ended with former Marine Corporal Damon Werth changing alliances, the NCIS team apprehending the two men and the Arrest of Colonel Merton Bell.
