Fisherman Fredrica is a rabbit NPC in Polar Place, The Brrrgh, Toontown. Like all fishermen NPCs, toons can talk to her to sell fish in their fishing bucket. For every 10 new fish species a toon sells, she will award them with a trophy and a Laff boost.
