The J1N1 are red tornado like robots created by T.O. Morrow for the Joker. They are relatively easy for their level, generating (brown) tornadoes that only hit 30s, and doesn't have much health. There melee attacks are stronger, hitting over 100. However, their most dangerous move is generating a whirlwind (white) around itself, hitting 80s extremely rapidly. Therefore, keeping your distance is a good idea.
