De-Lukyi Suisuk Lu (Kneypish: "Delkish Bar Town") is a port city of Seki Lis Isle. Dai Lo, who rooted out the prostitution, and piracy from Seki Lis Isle, and believed that it was important to acknowledge one's sins in the eyes of the Orange Bear of War, no matter how grievous they were. Dai Lo kept the city's name, along with the names of the other lowly towns of Kneypenn, instead of renaming them something more wholesome. Otherwise De-Lukyi Suisuk Lu is a fairly normal Kneypish town.
