Heartful Cry is found in Persona 3 FES Original Soundtrack. It plays in The Answer, when Aigis and Metis fight the other members of SEES for the keys that will release them from the Abyss of Time. A remixed version is also featured in Persona 4 Arena as Aigis' theme, which is known as Heartful Cry -in Mayonaka Arena-. The normal original version is also used during certain scenes in Story Mode. It is one of only two themes to have been fully remixed for the game, the other being Reach Out To The Truth. In Persona 4 Arena's OST album, a reworked and updated version of Heartful Cry -in Mayonaka Arena- replaces the original one, this time retaining the original piano intro of the theme.
