Isolder was the younger of Ta'a Chume's two sons. He had no sisters. In early 8 ABY, Isolder was to marry Princess Leia, but Ta'a Chume attempted to assassinate her after changing her mind on Leia becoming the next Queen Mother; Leia's ideals were not close enough to her own. Ultimately, though, Leia survived to marry Han Solo, and Isolder was wed to Teneniel Djo of Dathomir. They had a daughter, Tenel Ka, in 9 ABY, and shortly thereafter, Teneniel took the throne from Ta'a Chume. Isolder was then the husband of the Queen Mother, and father of the heiress.
