Manor Court is a 9 storey tower block on Church Road in the Netherton area of Dudley, West Midlands. Plans for the block were approved as part of the St John Street redevelopment project, which included the nearby Wells Court, in 1964. The block was completed in 1966 by Wates and contains 47 flats.
