Homelite Jacobsen was a turf, lawn and garden product company which manufactured and marketed lawn, garden and turf equipment, including tractors, mowers, tillers and chainsaws. As a division of Textron based in the USA, it was formed from the combination of Homelite and Jacobsen. Homelite was later sold off to John Deere, where it became a division within their turf subsidiary. John Deere sold it in 2001 to a foreign company.
