Galen IV was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant, the fourth planet in orbit of the Galen star system. Galen IV was contested between the Federation and the Talarian Republic. It was the birthplace of Jeremiah Rossa/Jono. (TNG episode: "Suddenly Human")
