The Elchea Federation is a federation consisting of several races of the Exceed that have lost or drawn in games with the Imanity. These races, however, self-rule their respected territories. Its capital is Elchea City. The federation is initially created from merging Eastern Union of the Werebeasts and Elchea Kingdom of Imanity after drawing in a bet to form a mutual alliance, to which Oceando later also joins, adding the Dhampir and Seirens to the races joined within the Federation.
