Lucy Highwind (ルーシー·ハイウィンド, Rūshī Haiuindo) is a human, specifically a Fullbringer, and was once a part of an elite organization known as Xcution consisting of other Fullbringers than herself. She is also noticeably a circus worker, matching her style, and she is the type of person who would be hated by others judging by her appearance, as she is not an ordinary human. She is a somewhat Elf-like human hybrid ever since she was born. At some point she met a former Espada member, Josh Akirres, who was new to the World of the Living, and helped him.
