The Ness Monster is a large three-headed monster that looks like a bagpipe with human Scotsman legs. They were characters in Dee Dee's own twisted variation of classic fairy tales who appeared in the episode "Dee Dee Locks and the Ness Monster". They were voiced by Tom Kenny.
