The PPC Bleepka Bar is an establishment in HQ that serves Bleepka to agents, hence the name. The bar is run by a man named Dorf, and first appeared in "The Adventures of Agent Ginger," when the eponymous agent went there after a particularly nasty stint in the Sorting Room. Not much else is known, unfortunately.
