There is one quest for each faction in the starting areas in Borean Tundra - for the Horde faction: Orn Tenderhoof cooking trainer, and Howling Fjord and from the cooking trainer in Valiance Keep. The quests have a prerequisite of Cooking 350. The skill turns gray at 380.
