This skirt is designed in the short, full, fashionable style so popular at present and may be made in one piece or with five gores. The upper part is in pinafore effect, crossing over, and is finished with shoulder straps. The panniers are in points front and back, falling in full graceful folds all round. The bottom edge of the panniers and of the skirt is corded, which gives the desired flare and spring. The large illustration shows the completed design worn with a light blouse, the smaller picture shows the skirt separately.
