Billy Adkins is a former NASCAR driver from Poquoson, VA. He competed in three Nationwide Series events in his career. All of those races came in the series' inaugural year of 1982, debuting at Richmond. Starting positions in all of his career races are unknown, but Adkins ended the Richmond event with a disappointing last (28th) place effort. He was luckily able to improve in his other two races, finishing a career-best 11th and then 14th in a pair of Langley races.
