Nande is an Altmer Hunter who resides in Molag Mar, Morrowind. He can be found loitering near St. Veloth's Hostel at the plaza atop the city. Nande is equipped in chitin armor and wields a chitin short bow. He does not offer any services and is not involved in any quests.
