The Windy Wizard is an enemy in the second chapter of Worms 4: Mayhem and Worms: Ultimate Mayhem's Story Mode. He appears in The Windy Wizard, which is the second mission of the second chapter. He is one of the four wizards that retrieved the Time Machine's missing parts after it crash-landed, and is the second wizard the player must fight. The other wizards in order are the Storm Wizard, Rogue Wizard, and Battle Wizard. The Windy Wizard appears to live on an island that has "Wind Machines" on it, and he is the creator of those Wind Machines and appears to be obsessed with them. There are 4 Wind Machines, and he named them "Windy 1", "Windy 2", "Windy 3", and his personal favorite, "Windy 4".
