This blast shape invocation allows you to invoke your Eldritch Blast as a ring with a radius specified at the time of casting that is not less than 20' or greater than 2000'. The Eldritch Circle deals the normal Eldritch Blast damage to all targets that are anywhere from 5' less than to 5' more than the specified radius away from you and that you have line of effect to. This is not a ray attack, so it requires no ranged touch attack. Any creature in the area of the ring can attempt a reflex save for half damage.
