Agent Hiram Drayson was a New Republic Intelligence field agent, and later head director. Drayson's daughter Bhindi was also an agent, though she served in Wraith Squadron rather than NRI. Later, Drayson and his daughter planned to form an anti-terrorism unit called The Retaliators to protect the New Republic from unexpected threats. Drayson recruited Mara Jade to lead the unit.
