The Territory of the Military Commander in America was a military administration set up by Russian forces on the east and west coasts of the United States in February 2022, after the initial attacks of the Russo-American War. The administration was composed of a number of military officers, with one holding the title of Military Commander in America as the military title, and was the "Chief Advisor on American Affairs" in the Russian government. The ruling council included three Russian commanders, one Chinese, one Indian, and one Belarusian. Eventually, in May 2022, Colonel General Nikolai Makarov, who held the title of Military Commander in America for the duration of the administration's existence, negotiated with Congressman Ron Paul.
