A Kappa boss that uses powerful Water Magic spells. He is located around a large group of level 20 Kappa, because they are his mafia men. One of the toughest parts is getting to him through the masses of Kappa. After all, a mob boss needs his protection. He does not appear during Chasing Zenmai quest, because he refuses to associate with her.
