The White Crown (白冕) is an intelligence division that serves as an information hub for the Twelve Guardian Ninjas. Since the Guardians are not affiliated with any village, they have little intel on the villages of the country they inhabit. The White Crown serves to fill in this gap. Every capital village of each country has a White Crown division. These divisions act as an information hub for the entire country, which allows minor village to send information about Black Crown activity in their area to the main hub, which in turn is sent to the respective member of that country.
