MLB Scouting Report is an insert set in 2004 Fleer Platinum. This 15-card set features fake scouting reports about some of baseball's biggest stars. The cards were serial numbered to 400 copies and inserted 1:45 hobby, 1:96 jumbo and 1:190 retail. The set was also partially paralleled with a Game Used Jersey set that was randomly inserted into packs and serial numbered to 250 copies.
