The GetStringLowerCase() NWScript command returns a near-copy of a string in which all alphabetic characters are in lower case. If an error is encountered, a zero-length string, "", is returned. (However, getting an error is a challenge; in practice, this command returns an empty string only when the input is an empty string.)
