It can be bought from Wizard Elriss in the Runecrafting Guild for 45 Runecrafting guild tokens. To earn these tokens the player must have level 50 Runecrafting to enter the guild and play The Great Orb Project minigame located there. Additionally, the player may only break the Blood Altar teleport if they have completed the Legacy of Seergaze quest. If a player uses a blood altar teleport with Morytania legs 3 or 4 there is a 50% chance that the item will not be used up while teleporting. This teleport may also be useful for teleporting to mutated bloodvelds.
