The IRW Lomiya was a Romulan Warbird in service to the Romulan Star Empire in the 2370s. In 2377, the Lomiya, under the command of Commander Tokk, investigated the presence of a Starfleet shuttlecraft, the Shirley, at Galorndon Core. Following this encounter, the Lomiya continued to monitor the movements of the Shirley, and then the USS Amazon, eventually tracking them back to the Hanolin asteroid belt, in neutral space. The Lomiya confronted the Amazon and the USS da Vinci there, but as they had traveled through Federation territory during their surveillance, they were recalled to Romulus by Praetor Hiren.
