The Sanguinary Vambraces are Legendary bracers in Diablo III. They require character level 12 to drop, and can only be obtained from Act I or Act IV Horadric Caches. Their special effect was specifically designed for Witch Doctors and Crusaders with Thorns-aimed builds. The blast benefits from all other effects that increase Thorns damage.
