Mikaela was rumored to have attempted to pursue a romantic relationship with one of her squadmates, Sirius-A333, which ended badly shortly after the two had a one night stand. Curiously, neither the Army nor the Navy attempted to prove or disprove these rumors, and they were confirmed only after Mikaela's death. Mikaela and the rest of VALKRIE Team fought alongside Sapphire Team and Colin-142 on Beta-Taurius II, where she was killed by a spike grenade meant for Sirius.
