Hijutsu (秘術; Literally meaning "secret technique") are techniques only known to a specific ninja or individual. Unlike Hiden which are passed down traditionally through a clan, a hijutsu is passed down from master to student. Hijutsu require specialized training and development to perform, and consequently these techniques also cannot be copied through any means of simple observation.
