The RTL-2 is a general purpose transport aircraft used by the USAF (United States Air Force) to transport troops, heavy military vehicles, torpedoes, and missiles. Another purpose of the aircraft is to drop humanitarian aid in drought and earthquake zones when the army is asked to provide assistance. The transporters are based at Matthews Field Air Base and only appear in The Cham-Cham.
