The Battle of Gorash was a famous victory and notable conquest for the Centauri Republic. Urza Jaddo fought in the battle and later became known as the "Hero of Gorash", though what he saw there would haunt him for decades to come and left him with no desire for the Republic to return to that kind of glory, based on slaughter and deceit.
