Hog-fish were a fish species that were fished from the depths of the Frus Sea on Aantooine. Normally they were dangerous to encounter due to possessing a poison sac beneath their mouths. During fishing, sailors would sever the poison sac and place those in a separate container that would be sent to pharmaceutical companies to make hogfish antidote. When mixed with spicy croak sauce, hog-fish became a popular delicacy.
