The third of the Palaedonii Segments moves its entire fleet around, often settling on a planet for a few months to mine and harvest its resources and then setting off again. It is quite a peaceful Segment but can become very defensive if attacked. It currently has an alliance with the Fifth Segment and keeps on good terms with the others, all except the Fourth, which it deeply distrusts.
