Patrick Price is an American actor. On House, M.D., he portrayed one of House's nemeses Jeffrey Sparkman in Season 6. He also starred in the spin-off Nurse Jeffrey: Bitch Tapes. Price has spent most of his career working in bit parts, but has worked on several productions, including Stuart Little, where he met Hugh Laurie. In addition to his work as Jeffrey Sparkman, Price has often acted as Laurie's stand-in (they're close to the same height) and parts of him, like his hands, have been used to substitute for Laurie in several shots as well.
