Muhammed Yatim is the Minister of State of the Republic of Panau, and is unofficially second in command, after President Panay and is in the position to overpower any commands from the Vice President. He is one of Panau's most right wing nationalists and is known for his extremist views, making him very popular with a small minority of patriotic hardliner Panauans loyal to the current government. Muhammed Yatim is also in charge of Panau's Republican Guard, and is therefore against all forms of resistance to the government. He declared a National War against all anti-government factions in 2007.
