What's the etiquette with regards to friending people you work with? Is it OK to friend them? Do they have to accept? Edit this page and add your thoughts. * You have to accept. Can you realy decline, "Uhh - no thank you. I'm not sure I want you seeing my wall." Or my photographs. It would lead to a bad work environment. But, you can make it so that they can only see your limited profile. But have it with just enough (general) information on it so that the person doesn't know it's a limited profile. * If you do not want to accept one, try not to add other co-workers. They may think you just arn't using it that much initially, but co-worker A might be offended if they hear a conversation about how you commented on co-worker Bs status, whilst neglecting your request.
