Frank Natale[[:File:|[, ]]] is an engineering and mining supplies vendor located at Highbank in the Twilight Highlands. He is located north of the keep with the other vendors, unlocked when players complete Aiming High. He sells the new Cataclysm engineering-only gem called a Cogwheel.
