The Regedowns are the main antagonists of Dragon Ball: Survivor. They are mindless, deranged, monstrous, grotesque, and abhorrent beasts that only harbor a desire to consume everything in its path. Many Regedowns vary in size, but all are equally savage. They have been described to be even more savage than the Saiyan race. They play a pivotal part in the story, as the main characters' frequent encounters with them slowly devolve their psyches, inching the characters closer and closer to madness.
